The App is an outdoor adventure and skills education tool that provides randomized outdoor challenges, survival guides, knot-tying tutorials, and animal tracking information. All content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Exercise personal judgment and caution when attempting any outdoor activities or challenges suggested by the App
• Not rely solely on the App for safety-critical decisions in wilderness situations
• Not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

5. Safety Disclaimer

The challenges and guides provided in the App are for educational and recreational purposes. Outdoor activities carry inherent risks including injury or death. You are solely responsible for your safety when performing any activity. We strongly recommend:

• Informing others of your plans before heading outdoors
• Carrying appropriate safety equipment
• Assessing your skill level honestly before attempting challenges
• Consulting qualified professionals for activities beyond your experience

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Wild Skills Roulette or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

7. No Gambling

The App does not involve any form of real-money gambling, wagering, or betting. The spinner mechanic is purely a randomization tool for selecting outdoor challenges. No real money or prizes are involved.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Skills Roulette and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
